Could somebody hand me an ice pack. . .

Lora was moving a suitcase this morning and hurt her back. ARG!!!! Lots of ibuprofen, an ice pack and lots of prayers and she is cautiously optomistic. We will see how tonight goes.

We all went over to Jordan and Sioux-z's house today for lunch and all the cousins had a great time playing together. They played outside for a while, but the air quality is really bad right now from the fires that are burning to the north and south of Anchorage, so we also played inside.

Tonight Lora and Ellie (her best friend from high school) decided to skip out on their 20 year high school reunion and talked and laughed about the memories they have from high school. They decided that was more fun than watching a bunch of people that they barely remember from high school get drunk. Maybe their thirtieth.
