Kevin was elected 2008 President of the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the California Land Surveyor's Association. He is currently acting as Treasurer for the Chapter, and has been maintaining the Chapter website for five years.The Chapter covers the 14,400 square miles of Fresno, Kings, Madera, & Tulare counties. There are 140 Licensed Land Surveyors in the four Counties.
